The minimum purchase is 100 pixels. When you purchase the pixels you will not be the owner of any part of our homepage or this website. You are getting the right to submit an image and link which will be published on the homepage in the space you have paid for.

 You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so be sure of the image & link you want on the homepage, which will be there for at least 1 year. The only exception we will make is if you have a good reason why you want to change your image/link, we will review this and at our discretion make any changes.

 If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund for any reason.

 We do not allow obscene/offensive/adult images/links. We will decide what is appropriate for this website. If you submit an image or link that is not acceptable, you will have the opportunity to provide one alternative. If this is not acceptable, your money will be refunded and you will lose your allotted pixels.

 If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed and no further submission will be accepted, and you will not get a refund.

 If at a future date, you want your image and link removed from the homepage, that will be allowed, but you will not get a refund and there will be no rebate for the link being down

 Images must be the exact size you have paid for (e.g. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels) Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. Images must NOT be animated so to keep the site easy to view. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://.

 You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit and we accept no responsibility for any issues which may arise from falsified information.

 Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels are posted to the homepage. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance; however, this will be a minimal amount of time. Once the funds have cleared, we aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs; this is not a guarantee, as there is only so much that can be done on a daily basis.

 We Accept Papal, Cheque, Money Order and Cash Pickup (only available in the Toronto area), and payment will not be refunded regardless of any situation.

We do not accept responsibility, nor do we endorse the products listed on the homepage. We cannot be held liable, negligent or responsible for any of the content or products listed therein.

All information is viewed at the viewers own risk. We reserve our rights to refuse content and remove content we deem unacceptable to our homepage website without remuneration to the purchaser.. We further state, that in the event of any action or proceeding against a person, company, foundation etc. we will be held harmless of any and all responsibility.
